We’re thrilled to share a range of powerful new features and enhancements in the latest Heads Up release! These updates are designed to provide deeper insights, streamline your experience, and offer even more customization for your health data and practice management. Let’s dive into the highlights:

Elevating Glucose Insights

  • Glucose Signals Reports Package Enhancements: We’ve updated the Glucose Signals Reports Package with improved formatting, new metrics, and support for both mg/dL and mmol/L units, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

  • Bedtime Glucose Alert: Now you can link bedtime glucose levels with sleep patterns! This new alert template provides notifications when glucose levels at bedtime are out of range. More info on how to set up alerts can be found here.

  • Time Zone Conversion for Glucose Signals Report Package: To ensure accurate reporting, we now convert timestamps to users' local time zones automatically. This change improves accuracy when adjusting time range.

Enriched Reporting & Analytics

  • Change in Averages Display for Report Trends Widget: A new "Diff" field in the Report Trends Widget now shows the difference between previous and current period averages, clearly labeled for easy interpretation.

  • Enhanced Date Selector Behavior: Reporting periods are now consistent, even when changing the comparison date selector, allowing for more accurate comparison analysis.

  • Device-Based Filtering in Reports: Focus your analysis by filtering metrics by device, displaying only relevant data for streamlined insights.

  • "All Data" Button on Reports Page: Access comprehensive historical insights effortlessly by setting the date range to "All Data", which automatically shows data as of the earliest date for selected data elements.

Advanced Customization Options

  • Custom Subdomain Registration Page Branding: Users on custom subdomains are now redirected to the appropriate registration page with consistent branding when logged out.

  • Custom 3rd-Party App/Website Launchers: You can now configure external app or website links in the Heads Up navigation, linking your team members or clients to external systems, social networks, or any other websites. More information on how to configure website launchers here.
