Authentication

Overview

We’ve expanded authentication options in the Heads Up app to enhance
security and convenience. Clients can now log in using email and password,
as well as Google and Apple ID for seamless access. Additionally, new users
can register with their LinkedIn email, streamlining the onboarding
process. These updates ensure a smoother and more flexible login
experience for all users.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Clients can now securely log in to the Heads Up app using their email
and password. Successful login grants access to the dashboard, while
invalid credentials will trigger a clear error message.

  • Users can now log in to the Heads Up app using their Google account
for a seamless authentication experience. A confirmation popup
ensures clarity before proceeding, and successful authentication
grants direct access to the dashboard.

  • Clients and practitioners can now sign in to the Heads Up app using
their Apple ID for a more convenient and secure login experience.

Dashboard

Overview

This update brings enhanced biomarker tracking, data customization, and
improved usability to the Heads Up app. Clients using Withings devices can
now track additional health metrics, while manual data entry and source
selection have been streamlined for greater flexibility.
Graphing capabilities have been expanded with multiple chart types,
historical trend analysis, and improved fasting tracking. Users can now set personalized goals, switch between accounts seamlessly, and add tiles to personalize their dashboard. Additionally, the "Add Source" option has been
renamed "Connect Device" for better clarity.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Clients using Withings devices can now track additional health
metrics in the app. New selectable metrics include Body Water,
Visceral Fat, Fat Mass, Muscle Mass, Intracellular and Extracellular
Water, Skin Temperature, Vascular Age, Snoring, Nocturnal HRV,
Breathing Disturbance Intensity, and Metabolic Age.

  • Clients can now manually add data to keep their biomarkers up to
date. By tapping a tile and selecting the "+" button, users can open
the "Add Data" module for quick and easy entry.

  • Clients can now quickly search for tiles when adding them to their
Dashboard or connecting a new device. A search bar has been added
to the "Add Tile" menu, making it easier to find and select the desired
    health metrics.

  • Clients can now gain deeper insights into their biomarkers with an
improved Countdown UI in the graph tab of applicable tiles. Users can
start a fast, select a custom duration, choose from preset fasting
periods, and manually set start and end times.

  • Clients can now view detailed summary statistics for their biomarkers
in the graph tab of a tile drill-down. Metrics such as average,
maximum, and minimum values are calculated based on the selected
timeframe (week, month, year) and data source.

  • Clients can now view dynamic graphs in the graph tab of a tile drill-
down, with support for multiple graph types (line, stacked bar, bar,
countdown, and multi-line) based on data configuration. Users can
filter data by week, month, or year for better trend analysis.

  • Clients using manual data sources can now add data directly from the
data section of a tile. A new "+" button allows users to enter values
based on the specified fields for that source, ensuring accurate and
    up-to-date biomarker tracking.

  • Clients can now track, measure, and record their fasts with an
improved fasting tile on the dashboard. The tile displays a fasting
donut chart, showing elapsed time since the last fast or progress on
an active fast. Users can start a fast, select a custom duration,
manually adjust start and end times, and view associated biomarkers
    like Glucose and Ketones.

  • Clients can now set personalized goals for their health metrics
directly from the tile drill-down settings. By tapping the gear icon, users can define a default date and goal, which will automatically
    update the dashboard goal tracker.

  • Clients can now view their biomarker data as a reverse chronological
list in the Data tab, complete with source, timestamp, value, and unit
type for better tracking. If a practice has custom graph colors, these
will now display in the mobile app for a consistent experience.

  • Clients can now select their preferred data source for biomarker
tracking using a new source dropdown in the graph tab of a tile drill-
down. When a source is changed, the tile will automatically update to
display the last recorded value from the selected source, ensuring
    seamless data visualization.

  • Clients can now easily track manual biomarkers with an enhanced
Add Data screen. When the source dropdown is set to Manual, tapping
the "+" button opens a structured input form for date, time, value,
    unit, and optional notes.

  • Clients with multiple accounts can now switch between accounts
without logging out and back in.

  • Clients using manual data sources can now add data directly from the
data section of a tile. By tapping the "+" button, users can enter
values based on the specified fields for that source, ensuring accurate
    and up-to-date biomarker tracking.

  • Clients can now easily add and sync data sources directly from the
dashboard by tapping the "+" icon and selecting "Add Sources." Once
sources are selected, users will be guided through the authentication
process to enable seamless data syncing.

  • Clients can now add tiles to their dashboard for a more personalized
health tracking experience. By tapping the "+" button and selecting
"Add Tile," users can browse tiles across categories such as Activity,
Body Composition, Metabolism, Nutrition, and more.

  • To improve clarity, the "Add Source" option has been updated to
"Connect Device" in both the left navigation pane and the dashboard
    pane.

Notifications

Overview

This update introduces a centralized notifications system to help users stay
informed and manage important updates efficiently.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Patients can now receive and manage notifications directly within the
app to stay informed about their doctor’s requirements. Notifications
will appear in the Notifications section, with unread items clearly
counted. Users can mark notifications as read or delete them.

  • Clients now have a dedicated Notifications page to view all assigned
notifications in one place. Accessible via the navigation bar, this hub
allows users to stay organized and easily track updates. A "Mark All
as Read" option ensures a streamlined experience for managing
    notifications efficiently.
