Overview

The 2025.05.01 Heads Up Web release introduces a wide range of enhancements across integrations, reporting, alerts, and user experience. Key updates include expanded support for Oura, Withings, Dexcom, Polar, and Garmin devices, new report annotation and export features, improved alert scheduling and filtering, and performance improvements to files and assessments. Several issues have also been resolved to improve data accuracy and system stability.

Alerts

  • A new "Scheduled" column has been added to the Alerts Library, making it easy to see which templates already have an alert scheduled for the organization.

  • Users can now filter scheduled alerts by individual recipients in addition to tags.

  • Alert History is now available, providing organizations with access to the full history of data-driven alerts and insights.

  • Added a new alert template that detects high bedtime glucose levels by evaluating the nearest glucose reading relative to the user's sleep start time.

Integrations

  • Added “Daytime Stress” tracker to Oura.

  • Added “Resilience Level” tracker to Oura.

  • Added “Cardiovascular Age” tracker to Oura.

  • Made enhancements to the Oura API to improve useability and performance.

  • Added support for VO2 Max data from Oura.

  • Biosense integration has been sunsetted

  • Expanded Withings integration to support new metrics, including Visceral Fat, Body Water %, Segmental Fat and Muscle Mass, Nocturnal HRV, Skin Temperature, Breathing Disturbance Intensity, Snoring, and Vascular Age.

  • Added support for calculating the Cellular Water Ratio by dividing Intracellular Water by Extracellular Water from Withings body composition data.

  • Upgraded the Dexcom integration from API v2 to v3 to support Dexcom ONE+ and G7 devices.

  • The Dexcom integration now enforces regional glucose unit display based on the user's selected country during device connection.

  • Resting Heart Rate is now available for Polar users.

  • Garmin integration now includes support for Weight and Blood Pressure data, pulling key metrics like BMI, Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, and Systolic/Diastolic values.

  • Added support for CardioMood blood pressure data from the Activity endpoint, expanding metric coverage for supported devices.

  • Integrated InBody API to seamlessly import body composition data into the Lab Results framework

  • Implemented a new device integration with Polar, enabling automatic syncing of health metrics including sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, respiration rate, steps, VO2 Max, and more.

Notes and Assessments

  • Assessments table now includes clearly labeled columns for Assigned Date, Submitted Date, and Documented Date, all displayed in the user's local time zone.

  • Notes can now be set to allow editing by the author or by all providers.

  • Added read indicators to Notes, allowing users to see when a note has been opened by the recipient.

  • The attachment icon in coaching notes has been enlarged and repositioned to the top of the note for improved visibility.

  • Practitioners can now create and share notes with multiple clients at once.

White Label

  • Organizations can now choose to remove the Sign Up button from the Sign In page.

  • The Invitation Sign-Up screen now fully respects organization-specific settings for background image, website title, and favicon. If no custom settings are configured, the screen will display default branding.

  • The logo on the custom registration page is now fully responsive and centered, ensuring it displays correctly across all screen sizes and devices.

Reports

  • Users can now add comments and annotations to specific data points within Reports.

  • Added a new export option in the Reports activity allowing users to choose between "PDF" and "PDF + Data" when downloading reports.

  • Added 3M and 6M options to the Reports date range quick selection.

  • Report saving has been expanded beyond the client level to include Enterprise, Organization, Practitioner, and Tag levels.

  • Users can now add, view, and manage annotations on specific data points within the Reports activity.

  • Introduced a new Signals Report for InBody and other B2B connections, providing a streamlined view of connected clients, missing cell phone numbers, and last sync dates.

Other

  • Users can now flag specific device readings as erroneous to ensure inaccurate data is excluded from dashboards, reports, alerts, and signals.

  • Added a "Sort By" filter to the List View on the Files screen.

  • Implemented performance enhancements for file activity operations, including move, delete, and rename actions on large file batches.

Resolved Issues

  • Resolved an issue where heart rate data from Withings Sleep Mats was not being pulled correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where updated Custom Ranges in Lab Results were not immediately reflected in the Trend view without refreshing the page.

  • Resolved an issue where edits or deletions of individual lab biomarkers in Table View were not reflected in the Trend View without a page refresh.

  • Fixed an issue where infinite scroll failed to load additional lab results after switching from Table to Trend View without a page refresh.

  • Resolved an issue causing the CGM Master Dashboard to time out during execution
