Hey, all!
In this article, we'll show you how to connect your lab results to Heads Up.
In addition to Quest, LabCorp, and EverlyWell, Heads Up can currently connect to My Labology, CVS MinuteClinic (Test Results Only), Pixel by LabCorp, Helix, Puralab, Vault, Bioreference Labs, eTrueNorth, Let's Get Checked, Community Labs, Color, DoINeedACovidTest, Referencia Labs, Starfleet Labs, HealthVana, Visit Health - CovidSecure, and Healthy David Together.
You can connect as many as you want. There is no limit!
Once connected, your data will automatically sync once a month on the same day you first connected. To nudge the process along, disconnect/reconnect the lab inside Heads Up, and the data should re-sync.
If at any point you have questions, please reach out to our support team by email or by using the little blue circle with the white smiling message icon in the lower right corner of the app.

Understanding the Lab Results Page
Once all of your data has successfully synced, you can review your Lab Results on the Lab Results page.
We have stored all of your Lab Results in an easy-to-read table, with each test populating its own column organized by date in descending order from left to right:
Adjusting Your Reference Range and Unit Preference
Given that reference, ranges can vary by the medical facility, doctor, and individual. Heads Up allows you to adjust each biomarker's reference range to your preference.
Click the gear icon to the right of the Lab Results name to open the Edit Custom Range pop-up. Here you can change the Unit name and adjust the Low, Moderate, and High Ranges:
Exporting and Filtering Lab Results
You can export your data to CSV or PDF using the Export drop-down found in the upper right on the Lab Results page. To activate the Export drop-down button check the check box next to the date or the result you'd like to export. You can also filter which types of data you'd like exported using the Filter feature shown in the image below. Adjusting the filter will change which lab results are being shown on the page and which lab results are exported:
The Details & Adding Labs to Your Heads Up Dashboard
To see a bit more about the lab result and add your lab result to your Heads Up dashboard, click the lab result name to open the Details pop up.
You'll get a chart of the historical readings for that particular result and a bit more info about the lab result on the Details pop-up. Note: not all results have about sections.
To add the lab result to the dashboard, click the check box to the left of Show on dashboard, then scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and click OK. Your lab result will then appear in the last tile position on your dashboard:
