How do I upload my medical documents for the Concierge Service?

A few quick steps to get your medical records uploaded to the Heads Up Concierge Service...

Hey, Y'all!

In this article, we're going to show you how to upload your medical documents to the Concierge Service so they can do the dirty work of meticulously transcribing this data into your Heads Up profile for you.

If at any point you have questions, please reach out to our support team by email or by using the little blue circle with the white smiling message icon in the lower right corner of the app.

Note: At this time, these steps can only be completed using the Heads Up web app.

The Written How-to

To get started, sign in to your Heads Up web account and head over to the Files page.

  1. Click Upload

  2. Choose Concierge Service on the Target Category dropdown.

  3. Enter the Lab description

  4. Input the date

  5. Choose the files you'd like transcribed by dragging them into the field or browsing on your computer.

  6. Lastly, click Upload.

Ensure the record type is set to Concierge Service:

Once the records are uploaded, the Heads Up Concierge Service team will get a notification and follow up with you via email.

At this time, the charge is $50 dollars an hour billed in 15-minute increments. Upon submission of your documents, the Concierge Service team will review the amount of work and deliver you a quote.
