Hey there!

In this article, we'll walk you through using Apple SSO with your Heads Up account.

Please note: If you have an existing Heads Up account with the same email address as your Apple ID and want to use Apple SSO to sign in, you must share your actual email address instead of using a proxy email address.

Using Apple SSO with Heads Up

Here's how to use Apple SSO to sign in to your Heads Up account:

  1. Navigate to the Heads Up sign-in page.

  2. Click the "Apple" button located under the "Sign in with" section.

  3. Authenticate with your Apple ID credentials.

  4. If this is the first time you're using Apple SSO with Heads Up, you'll be asked to allow Heads Up to access your email address. Choose to share your actual email address or use a proxy email address.

  5. Once you've made your selection, you'll be signed in to your Heads Up account.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues using Apple SSO with Heads Up, please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure that your Apple ID is associated with an email address that you have access to.

  2. Ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your Apple ID when signing in to Heads Up.

  3. If you are using a proxy email address and are having issues signing in, try using your actual email address associated with your Apple ID instead.
