How does the system handle multiple sleep, AM Readiness, or Resting Heart Rate (RHR) metric values in a day?

We are excited to announce a significant update from Heads Up regarding the improved handling of multiple metric entries in a single day from your devices. This development is aimed at enhancing the clarity and accuracy of data representation in our system. The following sections detail the changes for each metric.

Blood Oxygen

  1. Reports Activity

    • 1.1: When more than one value is recorded in a day, both values will be displayed in the reports activity.

  2. Dashboard Tile

    • 1.2: Both values will be shown in the dashboard tile, with pagination for ease of viewing.

Sleep

  1. Reports Activity

    • 2.1: For multiple sleep sessions in a night/day, the total time asleep will be displayed. The number of sessions will be shown in the tooltip.

  2. Dashboard Tile

    • 2.2: The dashboard tile will display the total (sum) of time asleep. The number of sessions will be indicated below the sleep time.

AM Readiness

  1. Reports Activity

    • 3.1: The highest value for the day will be displayed.

  2. Dashboard Tile

    • 3.2: Both values will be shown, with the higher value positioned as the latest or “front” one.

RHR (Resting Heart Rate)

  1. Analyzer

    • 4.1: The lower of the two values will be displayed.

  2. Dashboard Tile

    • 4.2: Both values will be shown, with the lower value positioned as the latest or “front” one.
