What are Tasks?
Tasks are actionable notifications that can be used to send assessments, encourage metric logging, and other requests. These tasks can be scheduled and customized for each client. Clients will receive tasks notifications that can be viewed by clicking the notification bell at the top right corner of their dashboard.
How To Schedule a Task
To schedule a task:
Step One: Click on the Alerts & Reminders tab, then click Tasks from the menu at the top of the screen to bring up the Tasks page. This page will display all actively scheduled tasks with an option to display currently disabled tasks.
Step Two: Click the Schedule Task button in the top right of the screen.
Step Three: On the Schedule Task page, first choose a type for the task. There are currently two options: Send Message and Assign Assessment. The Send Message option can be used to send a custom notification message at a chosen recurrence and duration. The Assign Assessment option can be used to send a chosen assessment notification at a specific recurrence and duration.
Step Four: Once you have selected the task type and customized the start date and other values, set the recurrence rate and end date.
Step Five: If the Send Message task type was chosen, notification configuration can be edited at the bottom of the page.
Step 6: Confirm selections and click the Schedule Task button.
How Edit a Scheduled Task
To edit a previously scheduled task:
Step One: Click on the Alerts & Reminders tab, then click Tasks from the menu at the top of the screen to bring up the Tasks page.
Step Two: On the Tasks page, click the three-dot icon in the row of the task you wish to edit. Then, click Edit in the pop-out menu.
