Note: This article assumes you have already connected Apple Health to your Heads Up account and configured it properly. If you are unsure, please see this video before proceeding.

Sync'ing Apple Health with your Heads Up account

Step 1: Open the HumanAPI app on your iPhone. 

Note: If you do not have the HumanAPI app on your iPhone, please follow the setup instructions, which can be found here.

Step 2:  Refresh data within HumanAPI app

Navigate to the "Timeline" tab and "pull down" on the screen to refresh data and and ensure all readings are visible. 

Note: After refresh, if you do not see current readings on the timeline, please follow troubleshooting instructions at the end of the installation video. Contact support@headsuphealth.com if necessary.

Step 3: Login to Heads Up Health to view data
You can now login to Heads Up and view data from Apple Health (you may need to refresh the page to see new data).

Note: You will need to repeat this process every time you want to send updated Apple Health data to Heads Up.
