Steps for applying a discount or promo code as part of your subscription purchase

If you've received a promotional code for Heads Up, you can apply this code by performing the following steps.

Note: At this time, you can only add promo codes via the Heads Up web app. Our mobile app does not yet support this capability. Please use a web browser to apply your code and complete your subscription. Your subscription status will automatically update in our mobile app.

Adding Your Promo Code

  1. Open the Heads Up web app

  2. Click the Welcome dropdown in the top left

  3. Click Account

  4. Click Subscription

  5. Click Upgrade

  6. Choose your Subscription plan

  7. Enter your Credit Care information

  8. Add your Prome code and click Apply

  9. Submit the form and you should be all set

Note that not all promo codes will apply to every subscription plan. Some promo codes are specific to certain plans and won't apply to others.
