Hey, all!

The most common reason your Oura data doesn't sync and update to Heads Up is that the data is not making it to your Oura Cloud account.

Please visit cloud.ouraring.com and sign in using your Oura credentials to confirm that your data is flowing into the Oura Cloud as expected.

If you are having issues with your Oura data syncing to the Oura cloud, please follow the steps below.

You will need to open to Oura mobile app and perform a manual backup to fix this problem. After a successful backup, your data should be visible within 10-15 minutes.

  1. Open the Oura app

  2. Tap the menu in the top left

  3. Open Settings and find and tap Back up all data. Ensure the process completes, and you see the success message.

  4. Wait about 10-15 minutes and "pull down to refresh" your Heads Up dashboard on mobile, or simply click the browser refresh button in the browser window you are using to view the Heads Up web app to refresh the data on the web.
