When an in-app purchase is made in mobile, there are times when an in-app payment is made, but for whatever reason the payment information didn't reach our server. Don't worry! You've successfully paid, and it's not hard to fix this situation.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Force quit and restart the app
Step 2: If Step 1 didn't fix your problem, go to the Accounts screen
Step 3: Press "Upgrade", then press the "Restore Purchases" button
