Sometimes being a beta tester can be a bit frustrating. New updates can render certain aspects of the app defective, making it difficult to utilize the app for its intended purpose. If you find yourself in this category and would like to revert back to a stable public version of the app, please review the following instructions. 

Note: After re-installation of the public version, your connected device/app sources will still be connected, and your dashboard setup will remain the same.  

Step 1: Leaving the program
The following link will get you to the screen seen below. Click or tap here.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen & select the button titled 'LEAVE THE PROGRAM'.

Step 2: Uninstalling the test version
The 'LEAVE THE PROGRAM' button will take you to the following screen.
Scroll down a bit & select the button highlighted below.

Selecting the above option will bring you to the screen seen below. Select 'Uninstall'.

Step 3: Re-install the public version.
Select 'Install' as seen below, after the download has completed, and you have logged back into the app, give it a moment to setup, and you should be good to go.
