Sometimes, the Heads Up iOS app may not work as expected.

It can be of significant help to us if you report these crashes to our support team.

Below are the necessary steps to find and report app crashes to Heads Up.

Please email these reports to support@headsuphealth.com.

Find the Report

Step 1: Using your mobile iOS device, open the settings menu and press Privacy:

Step 2: Scroll down and press Analytics & Improvements:

Step 3: Press Analytics Data:

Step 4: Apple lists all crash reports in alphabetical order, please scroll through the list and press heads-up-health... :

Step 5: Press the share icon in the top right of the crash report:

Step 6: Email the crash report to support@headsuphealth.com using your mail client of choice:
