In this article, we're going to show you how to upload your medical documents to the Concierge Service so they can do the dirty work of meticulously transcribing this data into your Heads Up profile for you.

Note: At this time, these steps can only be completed using the Heads Up web app.
The Written How-to
Head over to the Files page. At the top of the screen, you'll see the title Add new records.
Click Choose File to add the medical documents you'd like to upload from your computer. Add a Description of the documents and add the test date under Date of Test.
Ensure the record type is set to Concierge Service:
Once the records are uploaded, the Heads Up Concierge Service team will get a notification and follow up with you via email.
At this time, the charge is $50 dollars an hour billed in 15-minute increments. Upon submission of your documents, the Concierge Service team will review the amount of work and deliver you a quote.
