Hey, everyone!

If you'd like to makes changes to your subscription, read on!

In this article, we cover how to upgrade your subscription, cancel your subscription, and update your credit card using the Heads Up on the web.

The How-to

Head over to the Heads Up web app.

Click Account under the dropdown on the left and click Subscription:

Select the option that works best for you:

Cancel Subscription

To cancel your subscription/put it on hold, click Cancel. On the Cancel Subscription popup, click Cancel Subscription to cancel your premium subscription.

Upgrade Subscription

To upgrade your plan, click Upgrade plan. On the Subscription popup, select the subscription plan you'd like from the Subscription Plan dropdown and click Update to update your premium subscription.

Update Your Credit Card

To update your credit card, click Update card. On the Subscription popup, add the new card details and click Submit to update the credit card on file for your recurring premium subscription.
