This article will cover everything you need to know to set up the custom login, registration, and forgot password page.

What is it?

The custom registration page is a White Labeled login, registration, and forgot password page for your organization.

It allows you to share a link that takes your clients directly to a page with your organization's custom branding. This includes a custom logo and a custom background image unique to you.

The How-to

The URL

The URL will look something like this: app.headsuphealth.com/users/sign_up/**your_org_name**

Please let us know if you'd like the name that appears in the custom URL to be different from the organization name associated with your Heads Up account.

The Logo

The logo portion of the custom registration page can be done inside your pro account.

The article below shares more on how this is done. Once complete, the light theme logo will appear on the registration pages.

The Background Image

Please share your desired background image with our support team at support@headsuphealth.com, and we will get the image processed and uploaded to your account.

The image size can vary greatly; we do not reject any images. However, images that work best have dimensions of 765 x 900, which is the current size of the image on the Heads Up registration and signing page.

Images wider than they are in height may have the left side of the image cut off.

Accepting Client Signups

Clients that sign up for the platform using your custom registration page must be accepted inside your pro account.

Once a client completes the signup, they will appear in the Pending tab on the Clients page.

Navigate to the Pending tab, click the check box to the left of the client's name and select Accept from the Select an action dropdown:
