Unfortunately the Oura mobile app does not do a good job syncing data with your account on cloud.ouraring.com. Oura is aware of this issue and they are actively working on it.

To fix this problem, you will need to open to Oura mobile app and perform a manual backup. After a successful backup, your data should be visible within 10-15 minutes.

  1. Open the Oura app
  2. Open settings and perform a manual backup. Ensure the process completes and you see the success message.
  3. Wait about 10-15 minutes and "pull down to refresh" your Heads Up dashboard.
