When you first sign up for Heads Up Health, one of the requirements is to choose "Imperial" or "Metric" for your units of measure.

However, in some countries you may need a combination of Imperial and Metric settings. For example, our Canadian users often track weight in pounds (Imperial) and blood glucose in mmol/L (Metric). In the UK, you may wish to track weight in 'Stones'.

To change or customize the units on your profile, visit the settings page. If you need to mix and match Imperial and Metric, choose the 'Custom' option and then specify the units for each source.
