If your Apple Watch is not syncing with Heads Up Health, you may need to ensure the watch is set in the correct priority within Apple Health.

Step 1: Open the Healthkit app on your iPhone

Step 2: Open the source you wish to sync. In this example we will use 'Steps'. Select the 'Data Sources & Access' option:

Step 4: Ensure Apple Watch is at the TOP of the list. As you can see in the list below, this is not the case. 

Step 5: To fix this, tap the 'Edit' button in the top right corner. 

Step 6: Place your finger on the icon next to Apple Watch and drag it to the top of the list.

It should now look as follows:

Open the HumanAPI app your phone to update settings. New readings will now reflect data from the watch. If you are still experiencing issues please contact support@headsuphealth.com
