Hey, everyone!

Historically, you could build custom charts and save reports only at the individual client level. Now, you can:

  • Save reports for all clients in your organization

  • Share reports with specific groups or coaches

  • Keep reports private if you wish

⚠️ Important: These reports only share the settings, not the data. So if a client doesn’t have relevant data for a shared report, it will simply appear blank for them.

If you have questions at any point, please contact our support team by email or using the little blue circle with the white smiling message icon in the lower right corner of the app.

🚀 Step-by-Step: Create and Share a Report

1. Open a Client Profile

Start by opening any client’s profile in Heads Up. To do so click Clients in the left hand menu and click a clients name from the list.

Helpful note: Choose a client that has the data you're looking to add to the report. If the client doesn't have data for the metric, it won't show in the list of available metrics.

2. Navigate to Reports

Click Reports tab to begin building a chart.

3. Add Metrics

Use the left hand menu to add metrics from the dashboard or lab results in the analyzer.

4. Customize the Report

Adjust the report to suit your needs.

5. Save & Share

Click Save and you’ll be prompted to choose how you want to save the report:

  • Restricted – Saves to the current client only

  • Public – Shares with all clients and practitioners in your organization

  • Shared With

    • You can add share reports to a select set of clients or to select group of clients utilizing tags.

Once saved, these reports will appear in the Saved Reports section across the selected profiles.

Reminders

  • Reports are saved as templates — not data. Clients only see their own results.

  • You can edit or update shared reports at any time.

  • This feature helps ensure consistency across teams and programs.
