To get started using Withings Cellular, you'll need to get the organization-level connection established and then you can associated devices to patients.
User Experience
One Time Setup
Work with the Heads Up Customer Success team to enable this org integration
Navigate to Organization Settings > Integrations
Connect Withings Cellular using the Link button
βInput your Client ID and Secret from Withings
βConfirm the link was successful
βNavigate to a client profile > Integrations page
Click the Withings Cellular button
βPlug in the MAC address of a device you already ordered
Click Save
Practitioner Workflow
One-Time Connection (in HU) - see above
Practitioner logs into Withings cloud and gets API Key and Secret
Practitioner pastes those data elements back into Heads Up via the B2B integrations page
Ordering (Outside HU):
Contact Withings sales
Place bulk device order
Receive shipment with device list
Activation (In HU):
Navigate to Integrations > Withings Cellular
Upload device list (MAC addresses)
Select patients to assign devices
Click "Activate Devices"
Distribution:
Up to the you to determine your distribution process

Receive Device: Get pre-configured device from provider
Unbox: No setup required - just insert batteries
Use: Step on scale or take BP - data sends automatically
