How do I make my Client's data more secure with Security Tags?

Setting up security tags for your Heads Up Pro Team Members...

Hey, Pros!

In this article, we're going to introduce you to Security Tags.

For larger organizations with multiple practitioners, you can choose to maintain security tags.

At this time, only account Owners can assign practitioners.

This means that owners can associate practitioners with clients, and those practitioners will only be able to see their clients and nobody else's. Again, this will help any decentralized organization ensure proper PHI protocols.

Note: The Heads Up team must enable this feature for this process to work as expected. Please reach out to our team here or your Heads Up sales rep directly for more information on how to activate this feature.

The Written How-to

Enabling Security Tag

From the admin account, click the Welcome menu in the top left, and click Pro Account, find the Customizations tab:

Under the Customizations tab, you can either find Practitioner View > Practitioner Filter Enabled in the menu or simply search 'practitioner' in the Search All Customization field and click Practitioner Filter Enabled.

Check the Enabled button and click Save:

Assigning Clients to Team Members

Step 1: From the Clients page, you will notice a check box inside the client's row to the far left. Select the check box next to the client you'd like to add to your pro team member:

Step 2: Click the drop-down arrow to the right of Add Tag and select Add Practitioner:

Step 3: Select the pro team member from the drop-down just to the right of Add Practitioner and then click Apply:

Next: You will be met with the option to add the practitioners column to the client's table, select Yes:

Now you can see which clients are associated with which pro team members directly from the Clients table:

Multiple Practitioners Per Client

If you have multiple pro team members per client, no worries, you can see all the pros associated with a client by using the drop-down arrow just to the right of the practitioners name:
