Hey, Pros!

This article will show you how to connect your client's lab results to Heads Up.

In addition to Quest, Labcorp, and EverlyWell, Heads Up can currently connect to My Labology, CVS MinuteClinic (Test Results Only), Pixel by Labcorp, Helix, Puralab, Vault, Bioreference Labs, eTrueNorth, Let's Get Checked, Community Labs, Color, DoINeedACovidTest, Referencia Labs, Starfleet Labs, HealthVana, Visit Health - CovidSecure, and Healthy David Together.

You can connect as many as you want. There is no limit!

Once connected, the data will automatically sync once a month on the same day it was first connected. To nudge the process along, disconnect/reconnect the lab inside Heads Up, and the data should re-sync.

Note: At this time, Lab Results are only available on the Heads Up web app.

If at any point you have questions, please reach out to our support team by email or by using the little blue circle with the white smiling message icon in the lower right corner of the app.

Connecting Lab Results

Connecting labs is easy. If you already have access to an online patient portal through a doctor's office, then most of the work has already been done.

Get the Credentials Ready:

  • Your client will need to provide you the password and username/email from the portal they use to log in to the respective lab facility.

Step 1: From the Clients table click View next to your client's name to enter their dashboard.

Click Connect Data > Medical Records in the top right corner:

Step 2: Click Labs:

Step 3: Click on the lab you'd like to connect:

Step 4: Add the credentials & click Connect:

Once connected, Heads Up will electronically sync all of the medical records automatically.

Note: Depending on the facility, it can take up to 72 hours for the sync to complete. Please check back every so often until all the data populates.

Reviewing the Results

Once all of the data has successfully synced, you can review the records on the Lab Results page.

We have stored all of the Lab Results in an easy-to-read table, with each test populating its own column organized by date in descending order from left to right:

Filter the Results

The Filter feature allows you to isolate particular categories of readings to make it even easier to find what you're looking for:

Exporting the Data

You can export the data to either CSV or PDF.

You can filter which types of data you'd like exported by using the Filter feature (optional), click the checkbox to the left of the date for the results you'd like exported, and click the Export dropdown to choose CSV or PDF:

Adding Biomarkers to the Dashboard

Sometimes you may want to show a particular biomarker on the dashboard.

To add Biomarkers to the Dashboard, click the title of the Biomarker and click the check-box, Show on dashboard and click OK:
