Team Dashboards

AM Readiness Dashboard and HRV Dashboard

This dashboard shows AM Readiness data for your whole team at different time ranges and at the user and cohort level.

Filters:

  • Time Range: Default is the last 3 months of data. This time range does not affect the "Today", "Last 3 Days", "30 Days", or "Monthly Averages" components, as those each have their own specific time ranges.

  • Users: Use this to filter all of the data to a specific user or set of users

  • Users - Exclude: Use this to remove specific users from the report

  • Data Source(s): Default is Oura. Use this to select additional data sources.

  • Tags: Include only users with a specific tag

Components:

  • Team Avg displays this month's MTD average score for the cohort, and it's change since last month. Hover your mouse over the line chart to see a tooltip!

  • Today displays the leaderboard for the day. Note the user will need to have synced their device before the data appears here.

  • Last 3 Days displays a color-coded table of the last 3 days of scores by user. Use this to see at-a-glance trending.

  • 30 Days displays several aggregate statistics over the previous 30 days

  • User level stats displays several statistics for each individual user

  • User Trend displays a line chart of 10 users' recent data. Note: you can click the legend to show or hide specific lines on the chart. Use this to isolate interesting users for a clearer view of the data.

  • Monthly Averages displays several statistics grouped over the last several months

FAQs:

  • What is the baseline value?
We have defined the baseline as the 90 days prior to the start of the period shown. In this case, that means 180 days ago to 90 days ago.
