Clearing Your Browser Cookies

Cookies often store your settings for a website, such as your login status.

Clearing your browser cookies ensures you get to start your new Heads Up session from scratch.

Below are the three most common browsers and how to clear their cookies:

How to quickly remove Cookies in Chrome?

  2. Click Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.

  3. Click See all site data and permissions.

  4. At the top right, search for the website's name.

  5. To the right of the site, click Remove (trash can).

  6. To confirm, click Clear.

  7. Refresh your browser.

Safari for Mac

On your computer, open Safari.

  1. Click Safari. It's a menu item in the top-left corner of the screen. Clicking it prompts a drop-down menu.

    • If you don't see this option, make sure that Safari is the front window by clicking it.

  2. Click Preferences…. This option is in the middle of the Safari drop-down menu. Doing so opens a pop-up window.

  3. Click the Privacy tab. It's at the top of the Preferences window.

  4. Click Manage Website Data…. You'll find this option in the "Cookies and website data" section of the window. Clicking it brings up a window with a list of all of your browser's cookies.

  5. Using the search in the top right corner, search for headsuphealth.com, click the website from the list and click Remove All.

  6. Refresh your browser.

  7. Try the Heads Up login again.

Reset Your Password

If clearing your cookies didn't do trick, try resetting your password.
