At Heads Up, we understand that every user has unique preferences when it comes to receiving notifications. With our new Customized Notifications feature, users and clients can now take control of the notifications they receive and tailor them to their specific needs.
The default setting allows all notifications, but you have the flexibility to disable the ones you don't care about or just disable the email notifications.

Follow these simple steps to customize your notifications:
Log in to your Heads Up account.
Navigate to your personal account settings by clicking here or by clicking on your profile icon and selecting "Account Settings."
Click on the "Notifications" tab.
You will see a list of "Configurable Notifications."
To enable or disable a specific notification, click the "Configure" button next to the notification's name.
Toggle the "Notification" switch to enable or disable the notification itself.
Toggle the "Email Notification" switch to enable or disable receiving the notification via email.
Please note that this customization is done by the users or clients themselves in their client profiles.

Replied to a conversation
Replied to a food journal entry
Liked a food journal entry
Disliked a food journal entry
Revoked membership
Granted access to share data
Revoked access to share data
Accepted shared access request
Archived your account
Accepted membership
Shared a coaching note
Imported your data
Started a new conversation
Assigned an Assessment
Added a manual entry
Invited you to join
Customized Notifications is a powerful feature that allows users and clients to personalize the information they receive from Heads Up. Take control of your notifications and enjoy a tailored user experience that caters to your preferences.
