Integration Process
Navigate to Pro Account: Access your Pro Account at Heads Up Health Pro Account.
Access Integrations: Click on the Integrations Tab.
Tip: If you don't see the option to integrate with Rupa, contact Heads Up support for assistance.
Link to Rupa: Click the 'Link' button and sign in with your Rupa practitioner credentials.
FAQs
New Results Sync: Only newly added lab results after linking will be automatically synced.
Historical Data Retrieval: Available upon request.
Integration Requirements: Active accounts with both Rupa and Heads Up are needed.
Lab Ordering: Labs must be ordered via the Rupa portal; results then sync with Heads Up.
Data Compatibility: Heads Up can process data from any labs ordered through Rupa.
Delayed Results: Certain PDFs new to Heads Up will require our system to be trained, and results could take up to 24 hours to display.
