In this article, we will show you how to upload your client's documents using the new and improved Import Data feature.
Uploading documents to the Concierge Transcription Service allows Heads Up to transcribe your client's documents for you.
If at any point you have questions, please reach out to our support team by email or by using the little blue circle with the white smiling message icon in the lower right corner of the app.

The Written How-to
Note: At this time, these steps can only be completed using the Heads Up web app.
To get started, sign in to your Heads Up web account.
Click Concierge in the top right corner.
Choose the files you'd like transcribed by dragging them into the field or browsing on your computer.
Search for the client's name.
Once the records are uploaded, the Heads Up Concierge Service team will receive a notification and follow up with you via email, if necessary.
The current turnaround time for document transcription is anywhere between 24 - 72 hours.
