In this article, we will show you how to upload your clients Concierge documents using the Medical Records feature. The Medical Records feature allows you and your clients to store any unstructured data.
Uploading documents to the Concierge Transcription Service allows Heads Up to transcribe your client's documents for you.
If at any point you have questions, please reach out to our support team by email or by using the little blue circle with the white smiling message icon in the lower right corner of the app.
Note: At this time, these steps can only be completed using the Heads Up web app.
The Written How-to
To get started, sign in and get to the Clients page. Click View in the clients table next to the client you'd like to upload concierge documents for.
Once you are in the client's dashboard, head over to the Medical Records page, at the top of the screen, you'll see the title Add new records.
Click Choose File to add the medical documents you'd like to upload from your computer. Add a Description of the documents and add the test date under Date of Test.
Ensure the record type is set to Concierge Service:
Once the records are uploaded, the Heads Up Concierge Service team will receive a notification and follow up with you via email.
