How do I update my Pro Account account info?

A few quick steps to change your pro account email, title, names, time zone, and password.

Hey, everyone!

This article will show you how to update your Pro Account account info.

The How-to

Using the Owner account for your organization, log in and click the Welcome dropdown and click Pro Account:

Updating Your Email

Note: You must use a new email address. The new email address cannot be associated with an existing user on the Heads Up platform.

To update the email, change the email in the Email Address field, provide the current password and click Save Changes:

Update Your Title

To update your Title, change the title in the Title field, provide the current password and click Save Changes:

Update Your Password

To update your password, type your current password in the Current Password field, type your new password in the New Password and Confirm fields and click Save Changes:

Update Your First and Last Name

To update your first and last name, type your new names in the First Name and Last Name fields, confirm your current password, and click Save Changes:

Update Your Time Zone

To update your time zone, select your time zone from the Time Zone dropdown, confirm your current password, and click Save Changes:
