Before we get started it is important to note that if you intend to connect Apple Health you must do so using the mobile app. Please refer to this article for further instruction.
To connect a device or app via the Heads Up Health web application, please perform the following steps:
Located at the top of the screen in the navigation menu, click the 'Connect Data' drop down menu:
- Devices & apps - group 1: Nokia(Withings), iHealth, Fitbit, Garmin, MyFitnessPal, and Google Fit
- Devices & apps - group 2: Ketonix, Oura, MyMacros+, LEVL, Elite HRV, Cronometer, Keto-mojo, Biostrap

Once you have found your desired device/app, make your selection and follow the directions on the sign up screen:
It's important to note that the credentials you will be using are the 'Email & Password' you would use to sign in on that specific device/app.
Once the source has been connected, ensure that you are on the 'Dashboard', you can now add supported metrics to your dashboard using the 'plus' sign, always located in the last tile position:
Next you will see the 'Add to dashboard' menu, where you can choose your target metric from the 'Data Sources' dropdown, set your 'Goal' for that metric, the 'Default Day', and a custom 'Widget Color':
You can now see your newly added metric on your dashboard. In the event you have multiple sources for one metric, you can easily switch back and forth by clicking the source dropdown menu:
