Before we get started, it is important to note that if you intend to connect Apple Health, you must do so using the mobile iOS device and the Heads Up mobile app. Please review this article for further instruction on connecting Apple Health.

To connect a device or app via the Heads Up web application, please perform the following steps:

Located in the top right of the navigation menu, click the Connect Data drop-down menu and click Devices & Apps:  

We are currently integrating: Withings, iHealth, Fitbit, Garmin, MyFitnessPal, GoogleFit, Ketonix, Oura Ring, MyMacros+, LEVL, Elite HRV, Cronometer, Keto-mojo, BioStrap and Biosense.

Once you have found your desired device/app, make your selection and follow the directions on the sign up screen: Please note that the login credentials you will use are the login credentials associated with the device/app you are connecting.

Once you have connected the source, ensure that you are on the Dashboard, you can now add supported biomarkers to your dashboard using the plus sign, which will always located in the last tile position:

Next you will see the Add to dashboard screen, choose your target data type from the Data Sources drop-down, you can either search or use the arrows to sift through and find your desired biomarker:

Once you've select your biomarker, set your desired goal, default date, tile color, and click Add:

You can now see your newly added metric on your dashboard. In the event you have multiple sources for one metric, you can easily switch back and forth by clicking the source drop-down menu:
